About the therapeutic frame

This is a safe space where you can freely share your issues, concerns, and goals. Rest assured that any information you share will remain confidential, and you will not be judged.

We can communicate in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, whichever language you feel most comfortable with.

The counseling session will last for 45 minutes, and if needed, we can continue our conversation in future sessions.
