Mrs Shriya Vashisht

Registered Professional Counselor

Experienced and culturally-sensitive counsellor working with adults, couples and youth dealing with behavioral relationship or any other mental health related issues.

About Me

I am a culturally-sensitive counsellor, here to support adults, couples, and youth. My experience allows me to guide you through various mental health challenges, including relationship and behavioural issues. I want our time together to be a place where you feel truly heard and understood. We can explore what's troubling you, aiming to gain clarity and develop practical ways forward that honour your unique background.

Approach

Conversations focus on understanding how your cultural context and life stage shape what’s happening now, with attention to relationships and behaviour so we can pinpoint what matters most to you. Whether we meet in Mumbai or online, sessions in English or Hindi/Urdu are paced to your comfort, practical and conversational. I work collaboratively: we notice patterns, try small experiments between sessions, and build clear coping skills for anxiety, mood, anger or the stress of transitions. This way of working tends to suit people seeking grounded, respectful support through change.
