Ms Sarah Hanison

Psychotherapist (Registered)

I’m an accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years experience in a wide range of issues working in person or online.

About Me

I am a registered psychotherapist in Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, UK. I hold Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling and Psychotherapy qualifications. I help you with individual therapy and counseling for abuse, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety and mood disorders.

Approach

My training is integrated within the major theoretical frameworks (psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, transpersonal) with a particular focus on the transpersonal.

This means that I work under an umbrella of different methods to create a grounded and holistic approach to the work I do.

As well as the traditional 'talking cure,' I work creatively and may incorporate the following into our work together: EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Matrix Reimprinitng, Matrix Birth Reimprinting, multi-modal CBT, mindfulness and meditation, body and breath work, creative visualisation, symbolic drawing and art, and exploration of personal dreams and archetypal material.
