Mrs Sara Torrome

Counselor

Fully qualified counsellor working with clients struggling with loss and bereavement, relationship issues, anxiety and depression.

About Me

Loss, strained relationships, anxiety, and depression can feel overwhelming. I help clients explore these complex feelings, offering a compassionate space to navigate difficult times. Together, we work to understand what's happening and discover practical ways forward. My aim is for you to feel heard and find clarity, building resilience for daily life.

Approach

When endings, anxious days or strained connections feel overwhelming, I focus on how we make sense of them together—gently paced sessions that balance listening with practical steps. Based in Beaconsfield and online in English, sessions are collaborative: we trace patterns, map emotional and practical pressures (including chronic illness, fertility or postnatal stresses), and set small experiments to try between meetings. I check in each session about what’s shifting and adapt the pace so the work stays steady rather than rushed. This way of working often suits adults and couples seeking practical, compassionate support.
