Therapeutic Counselor

Your Mental Health Matters. Individual counselling, online, offline, or over email.

About Me

Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a Level 7 Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in Fuzhou, Fujian. I offer individual offline and online counseling for addiction, grief and loss, cross-cultural adjustment, family issues, and stress or burnout.

Approach

I work in an integrative way - combining different psychological approaches to give the best service to clients. I work from a Person Centered (PCT) framework, meaning that I believe that you are the expert on your experience and know how best to help yourself. I then use techniques from other counselling approaches such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Social Contstructivism, Attachment Theory, and others. I find that integrating different therapeutic approaches means that counselling can be useful for everyone, however you feel, think, and experience the world.
