I help people understand themselves better. Together, we explore what you're going through, offering you a space to think, feel, and understand yourself without judgment.

About Me

Working with me is a process where I help you understand not only the difficulties you are facing, but also the deeper meaning behind them, related to your personal history and your emotional patterns. My goal is not to give ready-made solutions, but to help you make sense of what is happening within so you can move forward in a way that feels more conscious and aligned with yourself. I believe that change comes through understanding, emotional awareness, and making sense of one's experiences. If you feel the need for a space to understand yourself, you are welcome to come and explore it here at your own pace.

Approach

I approach therapy as a safe space where we try to deeply understand what you are going through rather than immediately trying to fix the issue. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we work together. My approach is integrative, meaning I use different approaches depending on the person's needs. It is based on the idea that the appearing difficulties have a history, a context and a meaning. We take the time to explore your emotions, your experiences, your relationships and the patterns that may repeat in your life. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences and find ways that are convenient for you to deal with difficulties you may be facing today.

Basic Information

Services

My areas of work include trauma and difficult past or present experiences, addiction and substance abuse, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships difficulties, separation and divorce, self-esteem issues and life transitions. I also work with people who are going through a difficult period, without necessarily having a specific label for what is going on, but still create distress or a sense of being stuck.
