Dr Reka Onody

Psychotherapist (Registered)

I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy with a relational, experiential and holistic approach.

About Me

In our individual sessions, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can truly explore your inner world. My relational approach means we build a strong, trusting connection, essential for deep work. We consider the whole of your experience – thoughts, feelings, and body – to understand patterns. You might gently explore emotions as they arise, finding new insights. This can be particularly helpful if you seek an integrated path to understanding yourself and moving forward.

Approach

Therapy unfolds through steady, experiential moments where your sensations and story set the tempo, and exploration is paced by what feels most manageable for you. I work with adults in London and online, in English or Hungarian, creating room for somatic noticing alongside reflective conversation. Sessions often include gentle body-based practices, tracking patterns related to grief, trauma or life change, and small experiments between meetings to embed shifts. This way of working suits people looking for thoughtful, embodied change rather than quick fixes.
