About Me

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist based in Barbados, working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I support clients with anxiety, grief, trauma, adoption-related concerns, and child behaviour, offering counselling and individual therapy in a confidential, private, and supportive space. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced to support meaningful and sustainable change.

Approach

In my practice I create a calm, safe space where we move at a pace that feels manageable and hopeful. Child sessions blend gentle play, focused skill-building and narrative work so children can name and process feelings, rehearse new responses and practice them between sessions. Parents and caregivers are included in the process and often receive coaching and simple at-home strategies to support behaviour change. Adult therapy is collaborative and tailored to your individual goals. Whether that's learning new coping strategies, resolving difficult past experiences, or simply having a space to talk and reflect, my aim is to help you feel supported and resourced as you work toward meaningful change.
