I am a psychotherapist in New Delhi with a Postgraduate Certificate in Counseling Studies. I provide online therapy for anxiety, mood disorders, stress and burnout, life transitions, and family issues. I work with you to build practical skills that reduce symptoms and strengthen relationships.

I work using Systemic Family Therapy along with a Person Centred approach. My work is trauma informed and affirmative.
