About Me

I am a Family Therapist and Registered Counsellor based in Kasarani, Central Kenya. I help you, your partner, and your family manage addiction, adolescent challenges, grief, divorce, and relationship conflicts through focused counseling.

Approach

We provide a safe space for our clients to vent their frustrations and issues while we actively listen to them seeking to understand so as to provide well-thought-out solutions based on our advanced training in psychology as well as many years of experience in counseling. We empathize with our clients and provide unconditional positive regard or acceptance and provide the necessary guidance toward the resolution of their issues. We are trustworthy, and promise confidentiality while observing all professional counseling ethics.

We have assisted many families and couples in resolving differences, successfully going through loss and grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and other forms of stress in life.
