Olha

Miss Olha Malynovska, MA

Clinical Psychologist

I help people better understand themselves, cope with difficulties, and build harmonious relationships with themselves and others. In my work, I use an integrative approach, namely: schema therapy, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and the psychodynamic method. These methods allow me to look deep into a person, connect unconscious processes with behaviour, and correct it. It is important to me that therapy is not just a conversation, but real support and a tool for change.

About Me

My core values at work are sincerity, respect for the individual, a personalised approach to each client, adherence to professional ethics and common sense. I believe that every person has their own potential for change and psychological growth, and my job is to help explore and remove the obstacles that hinder this natural growth. I am constantly improving my qualifications and am currently completing a long-term educational course in "Contemporary Psychoanalysis" and training at the Kyiv School of Group Analysis. I also have over 6 years of personal experience in individual psychotherapy and 2 years in group analysis, and I regularly participate in group and individual supervision.
