Dr Nelmarie Boshoff

Counseling Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist that provides therapy and counselling to adults.

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I offer a supportive space for adults navigating life's complexities. I aim for our sessions to be a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly and without judgment. Together, we can work to understand underlying patterns and develop new, helpful ways of approaching challenges. My approach helps individuals gain clarity and build resilience. This can be particularly helpful for those seeking deeper self-understanding and personal growth.

Approach

I am a solution-orientated therapist who aims to assist my clients in finding the best and most effective solution to their problem. My focus is on creating a safe and inviting environment where my clients can resolve past problems, deal more successfully with current life challenges, and strive towards a more fulfilled and happier future. I believe that people are resilient and can overcome challenges. I also believe that we all have within ourselves an inner strength that fortifies us in dealing with challenges.
