Natalia Lazareva, MPsych

Psychologist-Psychotherapist

If anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or repeating relationship patterns are taking up too much space in your life, therapy can help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. You may feel constantly on edge, disconnected from yourself, or carrying experiences that feel difficult to manage on your own. I offer a calm and supportive therapeutic space where you do not have to face these experiences alone. Together, we work carefully with what feels most difficult, focusing on understanding emotional and bodily responses, noticing relational patterns, and gently processing experiences that feel unresolved. The work unfolds at a pace that supports safety and stability, helping you build clarity, emotional regulation, and a more grounded sense of self over time.

About Me

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with over 20 years of professional experience. In my work, I value presence, honesty, and respect for each person’s individual pace. I see therapy as a carefully held relationship, where trust, emotional safety, and confidentiality are essential. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I work attentively with emotions, bodily responses, and relational dynamics, staying grounded in what is happening in the present moment. I am guided by ethical practice, clarity, and care, offering a steady and supportive therapeutic presence that helps clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner stability over time.

Approach

My approach is collaborative and attuned to what is most alive for you in the moment. We begin by listening carefully to your experiences and concerns, allowing sessions to unfold at a pace that feels supportive and respectful. I pay close attention to emotions, relational patterns, and the ways past experiences shape the present. Our work may feel reflective and exploratory, focused on building awareness, safety, and trust. Together, we notice what shifts over time and gently adjust the process as needed.
