verified by TherapyRoute

I am a British Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering online therapy to adult individuals worldwide, and in-person therapy at my private practice in Marylebone, Central London.

About Me

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I hold a master's in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London, a world-renowned training institution in the fields of Psychotherapy and Psychology. I am mixed race, and having lived and worked in several countries overseas for over 20 years, I currently live in the UK. I work internationally with people based in Asia and Europe. I have worked with citizens and expats living in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mongolia, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Denmark.

Approach

I offer a confidential, warm and calm space to talk about what is troubling you, without judgment, so that you feel heard and valued. As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I create a personalised and holistic approach by tailoring the therapy to your needs. I draw on a number of different theories and approaches that would work best in supporting our work together: person-centred, humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and relational. I see the therapeutic process as being a collaborative relationship in which we are equal partners. Together, we explore and reflect on your thoughts, feelings and behaviours as you process your experience. With new awareness and understanding come new perspectives and options, leading to healing, change and growth.

Basic Information

Services

I work with a diverse range of people dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression and low mood, relationship issues, trauma, stress and burnout, grief and loss, anger, low self-worth and childhood emotional neglect. I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation on Zoom, so you can get a sense of how I work, and what it feels like working with me. This will also give me a better understanding of your needs and how I can help. For more information about how I work, the link to my website is at the bottom of this page.
