Ms Manuela Herrera

Counseling Psychologist

As a psychologist, my passion is helping clients understand themselves and their challenges, in order to lead happier, more fulfilled lives. I specialize in working with anxiety and depression, especially amongst expat and multicultural clients. I also work with individuals or couples dealing with infertility.

About Me

I offer a space where you can explore what’s really happening in your life and within yourself. For expat and multicultural clients, I understand the unique pressures of navigating new environments. We can work together to uncover the roots of anxiety or depression, helping you make sense of your experiences. My aim is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself or what you may be going through. This collaborative process helps you move towards a more fulfilled and happier life.

Approach

You’ll find sessions that move at a careful, steady pace, gently naming patterns that show up in daily life and/or in cross-cultural transition. Via online sessions in English or Spanish, we use short, practical experiments, mindful check-ins and focused reflection between meetings so insight grows into habit. I keep the work collaborative and concrete—balancing emotional exploration with small changes you can try at home. This approach often suits individuals facing anxiety, low mood or other areas of need.
