Mrs Mandy Greaves

Registered Professional Counselor

I am an integrative therapist and a member of MBACP experienced in working with a range of issues. My aim is to guide you to recovery.

About Me

When you're facing a range of issues, finding the right support matters. As an integrative therapist, I weave together different approaches to fit your unique situation. My aim is to guide you to recovery. I offer a flexible space where we can explore what feels most helpful for you. This allows us to work at your pace, building understanding and practical steps towards your well-being.

Approach

You’ll find sessions grounded in quiet curiosity, held face-to-face in Lancashire or online in English, where we tune into what matters most to you. Sessions move at a pace that suits you, pairing reflective conversation with practical steps—assessments when helpful—to make sense of relationship strains, grief, mood or past trauma. Between meetings I may offer short exercises or reflections to build momentum and embed learning. This approach often suits adolescents and adults seeking clear, collaborative support toward greater wellbeing.
