Malahide Counselling & Psychotherapy

Malahide Counselling & Psychotherapy

We are a group of Therapists offering counselling services to individuals and couples using a range of different approaches.

About Us

We provide counseling and psychotherapy from our practice in Malahide, Ireland. We deliver counseling, coaching, art therapy, and child and adolescent therapy for individuals and families. We run confidential, practical sessions focused on emotional and family wellbeing.

Approach

Based in Malahide, sessions are paced to fit you, mixing focused conversation with practical tasks you can try between meetings. We meet in English in comfortable rooms, keeping work goal-oriented and gently experimental—brief check-ins, longer explorations, and creative ways to name feelings. You may draw, reflect or use movement when words feel stuck; pacing and choice are always yours. This hands-on, steady approach tends to suit people and families seeking clear, usable ways to manage emotional and relational challenges.
