Miss Shannon Leigh Cross

CBT Psychotherapist

I help those who are courageous, whom have suffered from trauma that has left them emotionally vulnerable and who do not know how to heal alone. Also, a certified member of the British Psychological Society (BPS)

About Me

I am a CBT psychotherapist and licensed psychologist in Taberno, Almería, Spain. I treat addiction, anger, mood disorders, and stress or burnout. I offer ACT, psychodiagnostic assessment, stress management, and coordinate care with psychiatrists.

Approach

If you've taken the hard step toward healing, expect focused, paced sessions that balance gentle inquiry with clear, practical tasks. In English from my practice in Taberno, Almería or online, we map triggers, test small behaviour changes between sessions, and practice attention and acceptance skills that steady emotion and reduce compulsive responses. I move at a pace you can follow, offering structure and reflective space so choices become clearer. People wrestling with addiction, anger, mood or burnout often find this steady, hands-on way helpful.
