Approach

You’ll find therapy with me moves at your tempo, shifting between practical, reflective and creatively expressed ways of working to match what feels most useful. In Jumeirah or Al Jaddaf rooms, and online in English, sessions are calm, focused and collaborative, with clear pacing and occasional short tasks or prompts to try between meetings. Much of the work centres on building safety, making sense of painful memories and strengthening coping in everyday life. People facing trauma, anxiety, parenting or family strains tend to find this approach helpful.
