We aim to help individuals and couples recognize and break the patterns that hold them back, whether in their thoughts, behaviors, or relationships. All while guiding them toward a more balanced, intentional way of living. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, we empower our clients to build self-awareness, restore equilibrium in their daily lives, and create healthier dynamics within themselves and with the people around them.

About Us

Koena Clinics is a private psychological practice founded in Lebanon, by Lea Harb and Nicole El Hawi, licensed clinical psychologists united by a shared vision: that mental health care should be accessible, evidence-based, and deeply human. After years of clinical experience across hospitals, NGOs, and private settings in Lebanon, Kuwait, the UK, and beyond, Koena was built to offer a space where individuals and couples can seek support without stigma and receive care grounded in science. We are a team of psychologists who share common values and therapeutic styles. The clinic serves children, adolescents, adults, and couples, offering services in Arabic, English, and French. From neuropsychological assessment and trauma-focused therapy to parenting support and behavioral interventions, Koena’s team delivers personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs while drawing on modalities including CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Approach

Our team varies in expertise and therapeutic approach, offering CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, and eclectic modalities, and is ready to support your growth based on your individual needs and preferences.
