Kate McCarthy

Counselor

I work with men & women who present an 'I've got it together' persona on the outside, yet on the inside they are overwhelmed, stuck or struggling. Through 1:1 online personalised therapeutic processes we navigate physical, mental, and emotional root-causes to start healing from within so they feel whole and empowered.

About Me

I understand the quiet burden of appearing strong while feeling overwhelmed inside. In our 1:1 online sessions, we gently explore your physical, mental, and emotional root-causes. This personalised process helps you uncover inner resources. It’s a safe space to move from feeling stuck to finding genuine wholeness. You can finally feel seen and truly empowered, stepping beyond the 'I've got it together' facade.

Approach

I pace sessions so each step feels manageable, tracing how pressure shows up in your body, choices and relationships rather than just talking about feelings. Through secure online work from Dubbo in English, I keep language plain, offer short practices in-session and check-ins between meetings to track what shifts. The work often blends grounding, gentle skill-building and focused reflection to loosen habits around control, anxiety, grief or urges. This way suits adults who hold a composed exterior but need steady, practical pathways toward feeling more integrated.
