Miss Kashish Kataria

Psychotherapist

verified by TherapyRoute

With experience of 1200+ sessions, I, Kashish Kataria, help Young Adults (18-30 years) make sense of anxiety, emotional chaos, and self-sabotaging patterns. We'll explore what’s holding you back and bring your authentic needs and emotions to the surface, all with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space to help you understand yourself more deeply. We focus on the root of recurring anxiety, low self-esteem, or emotional overwhelm. Sessions with me focus on making sense of self-sabotaging behaviours and bringing authentic needs to the surface with questions, experiments, and silences. This approach is for those willing to sit with discomfort, get curious about who they really are, and slowly shift from living reactively to living with choice.

Approach

My approach is about the here and now, using spontaneity, emotions, and real human connection to explore what’s really going on for you. Some sessions are reflective, helping you notice patterns and make sense of your feelings, while others are more experiential, letting you try things out and see what shifts. This isn’t a space for fixing or labelling you. It’s a space for awareness, responsibility, and the freedom that comes with understanding yourself deeply.
