About Me
With over 14 years as a Counseling Psychologist, I support adults and young people as they navigate life's challenges. My broad expertise ranges from grief Counseling to mental health coaching. For younger clients, I use play therapy to help them express feelings and make sense of their world. I aim to help you find practical ways forward, ensuring a safe space for every voice.
