Jennifer Brum
Clinical Counselors
“I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, and symptoms of trauma (in person appointments and online appointments are available).”
About Me
Approach
I offer my clients a safe, comfortable, and confidential space to gently explore their difficulties at their own pace. I believe in a therapeutic partnership where the client and I work side by side as a team throughout the healing process. Successful therapy leads to healthy regulation, relief from symptoms, increased resilience and the capacity to be fully present in the moment. I empower my clients to move through their obstacles so they can have a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
Along with my general counselling skills I offer Somatic Experiencing techniques that have been proven to be very helpful when working with unresolved trauma. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
I look forward to supporting you in overcoming the obstacles that keep you from living the best version of yourself.
