About Me
Approach
Services
I am a psychologist and Gestalt therapist with a Master's degree in Psychology and over 20 years of professional experience. I worked as a school psychologist and university lecturer for many years, supporting both adolescents and adults in their personal and academic development. I also served as a student group supervisor, which deepened my understanding of group dynamics and the emotional challenges faced by young adults.
In recent years, I have focused on individual therapy in private practice. I have conducted more than 3000 online consultations, primarily helping clients struggling with emotional pain, anxiety, feelings of worthlessness or meaninglessness, and difficulties in relationships.
I currently reside in Poland and work with clients across Europe. As an immigrant myself, I understand the emotional disorientation and loss of connection that can accompany migration. My personal and professional experience includes living in an intercultural relationship, which has enriched my understanding of identity, belonging, and the complex dynamics of intimacy across cultures.
In therapy, I aim to create a safe, respectful, and honest space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we can listen to your emotions, find meaning in your suffering, and begin to build a new, more supportive relationship with yourself and with others.
