With training and qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, and NLP, I will empower you to manage and overcome anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and low moods; so that you will restore and enjoy confidence, self-esteem, health, well-being, and better relationships.

About Me

I am a Professional Counsellor and Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner based in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. I help you manage anxiety, grief, chronic illness, stress, and life transitions through therapy, coaching, and online sessions.

Approach

When distress, loss or overwhelm land, I work alongside you to unpick patterns with practical tools and gentle challenge that build steady confidence. In Christchurch or via secure online sessions in English, we move at a measured, client-led pace—brief check-ins, focused exploration, and skills practice between meetings to support everyday functioning. I weave conversational therapy, mindfulness and coaching-style steps so each session fits your energy and feels doable. I find this way often helps adults facing burnout, chronic illness, grief or major life transitions.
