I'm passionate about supporting all my clients. My focus is on facilitating my clients to have a positive outcome in therapy; so as to reduce their stress, anxiety & or depression & to improve their partner, family /work relationships & their self- esteem, as well as to better manage their challenges.

About Me

I understand how stress, anxiety, or relationship difficulties can weigh heavily. My passion is supporting clients like you to achieve positive outcomes. We work together to reduce distress, improve connections, and build self-esteem. As a psychologist, I guide you to better manage challenges, helping you feel more in control. This approach offers practical steps for anyone seeking greater well-being and resilience in daily life.

Approach

Helping you regain balance and clearer choices, I tailor each session to what’s most pressing and practical. In my Jeffreys Bay office sessions are conversational and focused, using short grounding practices and gentle reflection, with practical steps to try between meetings. We attend to relationship patterns, anxious reactions, grief or past harm with clear pacing—sometimes slow exploration, sometimes targeted skill-building—so you leave with tangible ways to cope. Adolescents, adults and couples often find this collaborative, down-to-earth approach useful.
