About Me
Approach
I work online. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – one of the most effective modern psychotherapy methods. It helps to understand how your thoughts influence your emotions and actions.Together, we’ll find ways to change limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from living a fulfilling and happy life. In our sessions, we’ll explore your experiences, learn to understand yourself better, and develop new habits and approaches.
I can help you with:
1. Anxiety and depressive states (OCD, eating disorders, panic attacks, GAD, depression, specific phobias, social phobia, PTSD)
2. Low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence
3. Life during wartime – coping with the emotional impact of war, danger, threats to personal safety and loved ones, traumatic events
4. (Chronic) fatigue, inability/difficulty in self-care
5. Loss of connection with oneself (feeling alienated, emotionally numb, not understanding what's wrong or what one wants)
Services
Hello! My name is Eugene, and I’m a certified psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

You can reach out even without a clear request, just with feelings that are hard to define. It's normal when words don’t come easily and the core of the issue is still unclear. Supporting clients in discovering “what exactly is wrong” is an important and engaging part of therapy for me.
