About Me
Approach
I can help you with a wide range of issues. You do not have to be diagnosed with a mental health disorder to ask for help. Therapy can help you to fulfill your potential, increase a sense of well-being and promote personal growth. You can also prevent the development of psychological problems or relationships difficulties by learning valuable skills through therapy.
I absolutely love working with my clients and appreciate courage and dedication it takes for my clients to come and see me. I tailor my approach to your goals and needs. I will spend time to understand you and I will share my understanding and my plan on how to help you with you. I will also work at a pace that suits you and regularly check in with you on the progress. I have been trained in a variety of different therapies.
