Approach
Sessions are practical, hands-on spaces where I attend closely to what’s happening now and invite small, doable experiments to open new choices. Whether we meet in Aarhus or online, in English, French, Hungarian or Italian, I adjust pace and touchpoints to your cultural and career context. Between sessions I offer short reflections or simple tasks we agree on, helping you notice patterns during transitions, relocation stress, burnout or tricky behaviour loops. People facing cross-cultural moves, career shifts or stuck routines often find clearer steps and kinder self-understanding.
