About Me

I'm a highly experienced, compassionate BACP Registered Accredited Counsellor and Reiki Master in Manchester. I offer counselling, Reiki therapy and clinical supervision in a confidential and supportive setting, with prompt appointments usually available. Qualifications: B.Sc.(Hons), Dip. Counselling, Reg. MBACP (Accred), Reg. No 093559, Reiki Master.

Approach

My counselling approach is person-centred. This is based on a fundamental belief that people can heal in a favourable environment, provided through a supportive therapeutic relationship. I aim to offer a space where you can experience being heard and understood. This can help you to start to hear and understand yourself and find ways forward that are right for you. Creative/art therapy is also available as another way to explore and potentially gain more insight. In addition to my initial training and qualifications, I have attended further courses and workshops to enhance my knowledge and ability to help.
