Mrs Chrysa Bitsi

Psychologist

I am a Psychologist with Masters in Health Psychology& in Diabetes & Obesity and a trainee in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Based in Athens, I offer both in-person and online sessions. I work in Greek, Italian, and English, supporting individuals and couples towards growth and wellbeing.

About Me

I am a licensed psychologist in Αθήνα, Athens, Greece. I treat anxiety, grief and loss, cancer-related distress, chronic illness, and dream work. I offer counseling, family therapy, music therapy, and climate grief support to help you find clear next steps.

Approach

I blend attentive listening with simple, experiential tasks that help you notice body cues, dream images and everyday patterns so clearer next steps emerge. Meeting in my Athens office or via video, I hold a calm pace—short reflections, brief experiments and sometimes music or imagery—to keep sessions practical and grounded. Between meetings I offer focused suggestions to try and we review what shifted, keeping therapy tied to daily life. This way of working often suits people facing health challenges, loss or relationship change.
