About Me

Cheryl is the Project Director of the Andolfi Family Therapy Centre. She is a licensed counsellor and a certified clinical supervisor, and one of only nine therapists in Malaysia to have completed the Advanced Course in Multigenerational Family Therapy in Italy under Prof. Dr. Maurizio Andolfi. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling, certification in Family Therapy from Australia, and advanced training in Emotion-Focused Therapy under Dr. Leslie Greenberg. In addition to her clinical work, Cheryl provides clinical supervision to counselling students and professionals.

Cheryl combines emotional depth with systemic insight in her therapeutic work. She helps clients understand how current symptoms and relational difficulties may be rooted in deeper, unresolved emotional experiences and multigenerational patterns. Her approach supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more secure, meaningful connections.
