Mr Bryn O'Reilly

Clinical Psychologist

I am a clinical psychologist in private practice based in Vilamoura, Portugal. I work with adults, older adolescents and couples and adapt my approach to the needs of each individual, whether this is in short-term or long-term psychotherapy.

About Me

I offer tailored psychological support for adults, older adolescents, and couples. I adapt our work to your specific needs, whether you seek focused short-term support or deeper, longer-term psychotherapy. We can explore challenges at your own pace, ensuring sessions truly fit your unique journey. This flexible approach creates a space where you can feel truly heard and understood.

Approach

Our work tends to unfold at a pace you set, moving between focused problem-solving and gentler, deeper reflection so the process stays useful and humane. Sessions are practical and conversational; I offer in-person appointments around Quarteira and Faro, and online in English, with occasional short tasks or reflections between meetings to consolidate what we explore. I monitor progress collaboratively and adjust the focus as needed. This way of working often suits people navigating relationship shifts, loss, anxiety or past hurt who want clear, steady support.
