Welcome! I offer psychology sessions both online (SA) and in-person (Durban North) to clients from ages 12 onwards. I offer comprehensive support for a wide array of conditions, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, anger and impulse management, substance abuse, ADHD, autism, gender identity and more.
My interests also encompass dream analysis and interpretation, mood disorders, African Psychology and men's mental health. My therapeutic approach aims to create a balanced mind-body-spirit alignment and connection to enhance overall well-being. My practice proudly embraces gender-affirming therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive space for all. I offer my rich experience in the following areas: Jungian Psychoanalytical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Psychology, Schema Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Couples Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Gender-Affirming Therapy and Multiculturalism stemming from an African Psychology background.
