About Me

As a Jungian Analyst and psychotherapist, I offer a compassionate, experienced space for deep self-understanding. I guide individuals in exploring their inner world, helping connect with personal wisdom. My online dreamwork groups provide a unique opportunity to make sense of unconscious patterns and gain clarity. This approach is well-suited for those navigating life transitions or seeking to understand recurring life themes. We work together to find meaningful insights.

Experience and curiosity guide how I attend to images, dreams and the stories you bring, shaping a steady, exploratory pace that balances gentle reflection with focused inquiry. In Bern I work in English and German, and I also offer live online dream groups and individual sessions that make space between meetings for journaling or image-focused tasks if that feels helpful. Sessions tend to move between close listening, evocative questioning and linking images to life patterns, so change happens both in session and in daily life. This way often suits people facing change, anger or loss.
