Counseling Psychologist
“Make a discovery call - if you are dealing with challenging life experiences like anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, or relationship issues. As a psychologist with a successful record of treating clients worldwide, I am here to help. I provide a supportive environment to help you navigate through life.”
About Me
Approach
At the heart of my therapy philosophy is the person-centered approach, which emphasizes the importance of joy, creativity, and self-fulfillment in achieving greater mental wellness. Through this approach, individuals are empowered to transform themselves for the better.
In my practice, I take an integrated approach to psychotherapy, drawing on the insights of several pioneers in the field. Humanistic psychologist Carl Rogers once said, "The good life is a process, not a state of being," and I wholeheartedly agree and believe in this statement. I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and draw on the wisdom of psychoanalysts like Melanie Klein and Carl Jung.
My approach is grounded in my 12 years long Mindfulness practice and is designed to cater to the unique needs of each client, providing a holistic and empowering way to approach therapy. Contact me today to learn more about how I can help you on your journey toward greater mental wellness.

In my practice, I also address disruptive habits and thought patterns that can impact your overall mental well-being.
