Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply seeking more clarity and calm, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m Dr. Angelika Wolman, a licensed psychologist. My approach is grounded in genuine human connection—not labels or quick fixes. Together, we’ll create a private, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

About Me

I bring more than 15 years of international experience, having studied and worked across France, Canada, Germany, and China. This doesn’t mean I have all the answers, but it does mean I’m comfortable with complexity, culture, and the many different ways people experience the world. I offer sessions in English, French, or German, and online therapy that fits into your life, wherever you are.

Approach

In my work, I rely on proven, evidence-based methods: - Humanistic psychology, based on the work of Carl Rogers, forms the foundation of my practice – with empathy, positive regard, and a deep belief in your potential for growth. - With solution-focused brief therapy, I help you identify and mobilize your strengths to achieve rapid progress. - Emotion-focused therapy allows you to better understand and manage your feelings, fostering self-acceptance and more fulfilling relationships. - Elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) complement this approach to identify and durably modify limiting thought patterns.
