About Me

I work with adults who are facing emotional difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity-related concerns, and the effects of adverse life experiences. My goal is to help clients develop a stronger sense of safety, self-understanding, and connection with others. As someone with extensive experience supporting refugees, survivors of trauma, and marginalized communities, I understand how difficult it can be to rebuild trust, belonging, and stability after painful experiences. Therapy offers a space where these experiences can be explored safely and at your own pace.

Approach

My work is informed by EMDR, trauma-focused approaches, cognitive-behavioural methods, and attachment-informed perspectives. I place particular emphasis on creating a safe therapeutic relationship, as meaningful change often begins with feeling understood and accepted. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. Depending on your goals, we may use structured therapeutic interventions, experiential exercises, role-play, body awareness techniques, or reflective work between sessions. Together, we explore patterns that may no longer serve you and develop more adaptive ways of relating to yourself and others. I offer therapy in English and Russian, both online and in person in Budapest.
