Ms Aleksandra Romana Brzezinska

Psychotherapist

I offer professional, caring, and confidential counselling for individuals and couples following the BACP ethical framework. As a psychotherapist I help and support clients with a range of different mental health issues including bereavement, depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship problems.

About Me

I offer a warm, confidential space for individuals and couples to openly explore their experiences. Together, we can navigate difficulties like bereavement, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems. My aim is to help you gain clarity and develop practical ways forward. Many clients find it helpful to simply have a dedicated time to be truly heard. This fosters a path towards greater well-being, supporting you in finding your own solutions.

Approach

Sessions move at a steady, practical pace where we attend first to what feels most urgent. I offer in-person meetings in Doha and online, in English or Polish. We use focused talking, simple mindfulness practices and gentle grounding to process trauma, grief and relationship strain; between sessions I may suggest brief exercises to try. This approach suits individuals and couples wanting clear, collaborative steps forward.
