About Me
I am a clinical psychologist, a consultant of existential-analytical direction. Such topics as interpersonal relations, intimate relations in a couple, life crises related to illness of a person or a loved one, issues of self-esteem and personal development are all consonant to me.
Approach
Rather than offering quick fixes, my work leans into thoughtful exploration of meaning, relationships and the effects of major loss or health challenges, focusing on present experience and life choices. Sessions are paced collaboratively, sometimes quiet and reflective, sometimes active and skills-focused, so we can map patterns in intimacy, anxiety, sleep or addictive behaviour. I combine careful assessment with targeted exercises, reflective dialogue and practical tasks between meetings to strengthen self-worth, restore balance and improve connection.
