I am an experienced clinical psychologist, presenter, and published author with a psychodynamic orientation. When relationships face strain, I specialise in guiding couples to explore deeper dynamics that cause conflict, with the aim of building stronger connections and resolving deeper issues. I also offer individual psychotherapy for adults navigating symptoms, personal challenges, or seeking deeper self-understanding and growth. I specialise in individual adult and couple psychotherapy, dealing with the deeper causes of symptoms, patterns, and problems. Steeped in psychodynamic theory and over 35 years of clinical, publishing, and teaching experience, I bring a unique set of skills to promote growth and resolution, aimed at a more permanent solution to life's challenges. These sessions can be in-person or online, depending on circumstances.
