About Me
Approach
I use the Humanistic Integrative therapy approach which is a combination of Person-Centered, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and a few elements of CBT.
This approach is non-directive but structured, empathic, non-judgmental, humanistic, compassionate. It offers clients a safe space to share whatever is in their hearts and mind. With this approach clients usually feel secure to reveal their real selves.
It helps clients to:
- Gain self-confidence
- Have a strong self-belief and self-concept
- Enhance self-esteem
- Lower anxiety or any other unsettling emotions
- Live in the present moments
- Locus on individual inner emotional and psychological process
- Connect and heal trauma or distress related to childhood
- Improve self-image and lower down self-critique
- Strengthen inner validation and locus of evaluation
- Become emotionally fit and independent
