Mrs Rechael Mbugwa

Psychologist

I am a credited, Passionate and God-fearing Counseling Psychologist professional working with all ages addressing any presented issues.

About Me

I am a licensed psychologist based in Westlands, Central Kenya. I provide counseling, family therapy, consultation and advocacy for abuse, grief, mood and conduct issues. I conduct diagnostic assessments for children and help families manage behaviour and mood challenges.

Approach

Grounded in faith and careful training, I guide sessions with clear, measured steps that help clients move from crisis to manageable next actions. In Westlands and online I work in English and Kiswahili, keeping sessions practical and paced to your comfort so children, parents and adults feel safe to share. I blend gentle assessment, focused goal-setting and home tasks—short reflections or behaviour prompts—so progress is visible between meetings. This approach often suits those seeking steady, faith-aligned support through grief, trauma or family challenges.
