In Ukraine, the Ministry of Health holds the titles a listing is most likely to carry: medical psychologist, clinical psychologist, psychiatrist and psychotherapist. The registry records that these titles became strictly regulated in 2025, with authorisation running through the National Commission on Mental Health, so a practitioner's authorisation is a live question rather than a settled one. The ministry is where the licensing register sits.
