Hi there, I am Aisling. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based online. I work with a range of issues and areas. My approach is warm and empathic, drawing on approaches such as CBT, attachment, psychodynamic and family systems therapy, where appropriate. I tailor our work to your individual needs and experiences, recognising that no two people are the same, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
