Most of the practitioners listed here work in one city, and the grid below shows which. If that is where you are, start there. If it is not, the summary above sets out what the country's practitioners offer. You can also filter for practitioners who work by video.
Estonia sets the price of publicly funded care in one national list. The Government establishes that list by regulation, on the proposal of the responsible minister. Each entry carries a service name, a code, a price ceiling and the patient's own share.
Tervisekassa pays only for services on the list. It pays only at a provider holding a contract with it. A person may go to a psychiatrist without a referral.

Who is allowed to practise
Estonia's Health Board, the Terviseamet, maintains the national register of healthcare workers. Its public data carries regulated profession labels including arst, the doctor, and kliiniline psühholoog, the clinical psychologist, alongside dentists, nurses and midwives.
A clinical psychologist is therefore a registered health worker here rather than a self-described one, and the register will say which label a person actually holds. You can search the Terviseamet healthcare worker register.
The Kutseregister, Estonia's occupational qualification register, holds separate psychology awards for clinical, school, sport and counselling psychologists. A listing that says only psühholoog names none of them, so ask which of these a person holds.
Real choice. Authentic, independent, clinician-led care.
TherapyRoute is a clinician-led directory that champions independent practitioners who answer to you and their professional ethics. We don't take commissions, sell your data, or assign therapists by algorithm. You browse, compare, and choose.
