Professional Counselor

I am here to listen and assist through your time of need with the approach and intervention that best fits. I offer over 30 years in healthcare.

About Me

With over 30 years in healthcare, I offer a steady, experienced presence. I am here to listen deeply, assisting you through your time of need. We will tailor our work to best fit your unique situation, collaboratively exploring concerns. My aim is to provide a compassionate space where you feel truly heard. Together, we can find the most helpful ways to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

Approach

When you first reach out, you'll find a calm, experienced presence that helps us choose practical steps together. Sessions take place in my Jonesville office or securely online, conducted in English and paced to match your rhythm—sometimes focused work, sometimes slower processing, with brief between-session tasks as needed. I blend careful assessment with collaborative planning, offering concrete coping skills, safety planning, and family or developmental perspectives when they fit. This steady, practical way of working often suits people navigating loss, trauma, addiction or big transitions.
