A competent, empathetic Counsellor,Mindfulness Trainer who finds joy in being a catalyst for mental emotional well being of people. I use integrated models.

About Me

I find joy in being a catalyst for your mental and emotional well-being. As an empathetic counsellor and mindfulness trainer, I help you cultivate inner calm using integrated models. We can explore effective mindfulness tools together, supporting you to navigate challenges with greater clarity. My aim is to offer a competent, supportive space where you can develop lasting emotional balance.

Approach

Sessions move at a gentle, focused pace where we build small, practical shifts—face-to-face in Bangalore or online in English, Hindi/Urdu, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu. You’ll notice a blend of guided mindfulness practices, short reflective exercises between meetings, and conversational space to untangle stuck patterns linked to stress, body image, career or control worries. I aim for clear, usable tools that fit your daily life and rhythm. This way of working often suits people seeking steady, collaborative change.
