About Me
Approach
My approach is rooted in Gestalt psychotherapy, a holistic method that supports self-awareness by exploring how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours connect in the present moment. I often integrate creativity—like art, movement, or metaphor—to deepen understanding and insight. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I work gently and collaboratively, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

Services
I'm a Gestalt psychotherapist offering a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to explore personal challenges and grow. I work with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, health-related stress, or those simply seeking greater self-awareness and balance in life. My approach is holistic, meaning we look at how your thoughts, emotions, body, and environment all interact. I'm also training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), a powerful method for processing trauma and emotional blocks. Together, we’ll work at your pace, helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.
